whats the best tanks to use to get to rank 3 for japan ground Im currently researching the m16
M44, M24, Chi-To Early and Chi-To Late may be a good combo. If you have Golden Eagles consider the Chi-Nu II.

Chi-Ha Kai and Ho-Ni III are really good tanks to grind 3rd rank. Research then M24 or Chi-Nu and avoid Na-To.
To get to rank 3? I mean there’s really not much to choose from.
The 2.7 Chi-Ha LG is a very fun tank destroyer but can be easily killed by mg and CAS, so if anything make sure to spawn it first so you don’t get ganked by planes.
As for other vehicles, Japan early tanks lack armour but they make it up with their good APHE shells, so you’ll be able to get plenty of kills as long as you don’t get shot first.
When you get to rank 3 however you start having a more diversified tank lineup, the M24 is really good and all of the Chi tanks pack a good punch, just keep in mind once again their armour is kinda meaningless, the new addition M44 might also be fun to play, as for SPAA neither the M19A1 or the M42 are great.
shiiii… at least when i get the m16 I wont be completely new to it since Im a us main, so at least I have that going for me, but yea probably gonna go for the TD line, sucks I cant use us roundtables on it though
You’ll have a better time destroying planes in the M16 than in the So-Ki, M19A1 or the M42, unless they come straight at you without any dodging maneuvers.
oh yea been playing japan in arcade so I get the lead marker, tbh its been quite a bit better than realistic cause the guns have such low velocity
