.30-06 Springfield Is a good round.

One thing else to add Sniping in WarThunder just like other games who try to be realistic you don’t really need the most OP round can punch though the bullet proof glass of a MRAP .30-06 in rifles is a controllable round so you wont be fighting with the recoil as much.
There is also the famous black tip round with a hardened steel core can easily go though body armor there are better AP rounds but there not that common. But I don’t know what rounds the Japanese SWAT team would prefer or how Gaijin would pick ammo is still unknown.
