I do think PL-12 certainly warrents the J-8F being at 13.0, although currently, after you launch those 2 PL-12, you are stuck with PL-5B and PL-8, which certainly are not 13.0 material.

I believe gaijin could remedy this by either adding one (or more) of the following missles

PL-5C
PL-5E
PL-8B

Same goes for JH-7A.

PL5C have not IRCCM,it just like a little PL8
