I've been waiting on a Viggen with AMRAAM's forever now and Gaijin makes it premium?

Ever since the fox-3 test event, I have been patiently waiting on the JA37D to receive it’s historical weaponry consisting of Rb 99 (license produced Swedish AMRAAM). And instead of that, Gaijin adds a rank 8 13.0 premium D Viggen which is virtually identical to the current one, except it actually gets the AMRAAM’s? This is so upsetting!
