When it comes to 5th gen I’m sure it’ll be up to gaijin balancing wise. I can only give a blueprint and let them work from there. But, to answer your question, yes.
If the other discussions are true then 4.5 wont be completely over-leveraged.
(Also iirc pylon drag isn’t modelled? Or at least not fully)
