Guided shells would be neat, there are two such vehicles that I know of with this ability, DRACO and 2S38.

SPAA is useless and is just SP waste. I don’t even play pantsir, i couldn’t have cared less about any SPAA.
SPAA gameplay is way too boring to bother

You don’t play spaa because Russian teams have pantsir which can easily handle anti air, Italian teams are stuck with otomatic or Osa at top tier, one of which is only really good under 5kms, and the other is just mid in general and is not meant to be played at top tier. Neither of these can handle top tier cas effectively.
Lastly, otomatic can track mavericks and other missiles, but can’t shoot them down (it should be able to)

because it is boring af and i can’t be bothered to waste time playing it. All my SPAA’s in all tech tree are constantly crewlocked.
APFSDS limitations are based on physical limitations only, not balancing.
OTOMATIC is over-BR’d, and it’s over-BR’d due to people using it as a tank destroyer primarily.
Though OTOMATIC is a bit better than 2S38 due to search radar, and longer range and more potent ammo.

That makes perfect sense. The OTOMATIC is 11.3 because people use it as a tank destroyer, but the 2S38 which functions the same exact way is 10.3, because why not.

Correct, 2S38 is 10.3 instead of 9.7, and OTOMATIC is 11.3 instead of 10.3.

To be fair it can phisically carry more apfsds, however they should only be able to fire 3 rounds before reloading.

I would swap the two veichles, as unlike the AA A2CS, the 2s38 doesn’t come equipped with an aesa radar, new gen vshorad, a fast firing 35 (that can also intercept missiles) and an aps.

No, I couldn’t suggest this before as veichles with the main airmament on the trailer were not accepted before, hopefully now that the BV210 was introduced I will be able to suggest it.
