Italian high end SPAA repositioning

Hello everyone,
I would say that everyone agrees that the OTOMATIC is currently overtiered, so today I’m proposing how to restructure the end of the SPAA line a bit to accomodate such changes.

OTOMATIC lowered at 10.7
SIDAM Mistral moved to rank VI and foldered under the SIDAM

I would like to see the proposed changes implemented

yeah it should be the same BRs as 2s38
but i mean italia so it doesnt matter as much + its TT

Both OTOMATIC and SIDAM Mistral should go down.

Unfortunately Gaijin thinks that both the SIDAM and the mistral AAM, perform better than their counterparts.
