What’s your spec? It looks like you don’t have enough VRAM for it
RX 7600M XT ,8GB of VRAM .Maybe not enough indeed.

My Graphics card (of a lower spec, it’s a 1660 super if you wanted to know, you probably didn’t, but oh well, I typed it anyway) has 14gigs of VRAM; so I don’t know if it will be enough or not, hopefully it is, it already runs the game great right now.
They specified that they are working on it. Whether this is a you issue or a ray tracing one I’m not sure. Just be patient and let them cook it.
Only RTX 20 (start from RTX 2060) series or above can run ray tracing.GTX 16 series don’t have RT cores so it can’t do ray tracing.
