Yes, pls, at least some buff to ASA
At the very least in the next 2 updates they should bring radar interference and flooding.
Now every radar is AESA…
Also, having strong radar should be an asset, less vulnerable to interference more likely to flood the opponent.

Another thing, Ground RB is so abandoned, we need more focus on that for a while before we go on Air again, Air is VASTLY ahead
While i agree with you with Ground RB specifically being behind , Air Rb as a gamemode needs remake.
It’s not about vehicles mechanics when you talk about game modes.
Air RB is a deathmatch, and that’s that. Not that Ground RB is far behind in how bad gameplay is .
But the topic is about ECM , not about game modes. ECM will affect EVERY game mode , i think you got confused with EC mode, Enduring Confrontation…
No, I know its Electronic Countermeasures, Air has gotten tons of new mechanics and gameplay levels whilst Ground has gotten nothing. Ground has electronic warfare too, or new sensor mechanics, etc. and yet Gaijin has added nothing like that, whilst Air has gotten RCS mechanics, Fox-3, AESA radars, etc.

I like the idea of ECM in the long-term (Because Rafale would benefit) but right now IR rework would be great
Having the ECM capabilities of the Rafale modeled in the game currently would be hilarious, the missiles would go anywhere in air battles and in tank battles the anti-aircraft guns wouldn’t even be able to see it anymore.
I’d honestly be confused if this wasn’t the next focus. I feel they infact are already going towards this, with how they revamped radar stuff last patch. ECM will be a good addition.

ECM could help ground to a degree if added right but right now I think its addition would hurt ground and that it shouldnt be added until ground is in a better place.

I don’t remember, do we have anything with SARH in ground forces or ARH? Because i know that some systems have optical target tracking as well.
Also, if ECM will be in the game, ECCM will be as well…
Or give you a button like artilery… ECM support! Which is a real thing as well , even by vehicles.
You don’t need to show the vehicle , it’s not like they show the artilery.
In ground , there are also portable ECM equipment for jamming drones etc.
lets get ECM against air targets only
