Issue with email verification

Hi. I’d like to start off that this is a thread on behalf of a friend who has issues with verifying her email.

She has had an account for an extended period of time, but for some reason was never able to verify her email and is currently still in that state of “limbo” – thus making her unable to buy things on the Gaijin market or store. Said friend has attempted to contact support but didn’t get anywhere.

What can be done in this scenario to fix the issue?
