Issue with Battleye

Hello guys, roughly 3 weeks ago I received the EULA popup when launching the game, after accepting it everything seemed to be set. I even checked the services windows TAB to check if Battleye service was running and it was.
BE services

Today I got another popup while launching the game, it didn’t keep me from playing but I noticed, after trying to launch it as admin again from the Aces_BE file in the folder, that the game opened with Easy Anticheat and I was able to access without further issues.

I apologise if the screen here is in Italian, but essentially the error says some files got blocked and I don’t know why:

I have also had issues with Battleye after it was officially transitioned to. Similarly, I received a message from Battleye mid-game stating that \War Thunder\win64\Client_64.dll" was blocked. It promptly removed me from the game, but in such as a way that it was like I left the battle early myself. The only useful information I have is that I am running Windows 7 64-bit.

not this issue in particular, but i have had nothing but performance issues ever since battleye was implemented. battleye was a mistake but gaijin refuses to go back because they hate making themselves look like they made a mistake. Battleye is known for causing more performance issues than anything. I have never had massive lagspikes in a match before with EAC, as soon as battleye was implemented, ive had massive lagspikes to the point where it actually bricked my PC and i had to physically restart my computer cause of how bad it lagspiked.

Look through this page to see if you find a solution to your issue:

I’ll take a look, thanks for the heads up

@Necronomica Sorry for pinging you again. I was able to find a section describing the type of issue I have, I checked all the possible solutions that were given there (including the one saying to directly contact support) and my game folder seems to be on par with the solutions described. I have to mention that after creating this thread an update pop up for battleye came up again, and that time the game launched without issues, and it still does. In my initial screenshot in this topic the files getting blocked were EAC files, like the EAC launcher or .exe, but as I mentioned before I haven’t faced this issue since the last update, what would I need to do with the old EAC files in my WT folder, get rid of them or maybe reinstall the game and see if they don’t appear anymore?

I don’t think I’ll be able to anser that question with any reasonable degree of certainty sadly.
But deleting the EAC folder should be fine, but again, i’m not sure at all (Honestly, as long as the game works i personally wouldn’t touch anything).

This is a screenshot of the error. Very annoying that battleye blocks War Thunder itself.

Hmm strange, I haven’t faced this issue since like 1 week after making this whole post, I just left the game files like they were following Necronmica advice, never had problems since.

The claim that it “blocks certain files [that] are not essential for playing the game” is patently false. It would not be going out on a limb to say that Client_64.dll contains game-critical functions, classes, etc. and Battleye blocking it is absolutely an issue that needs to be investigated and resolved. Additionally, “in-game kicks are not related to them” is also patently false, because the only time I have experienced such a kick is simultaneously when this message about blocking a core library appears. The issue, worse yet, is intermittent. There are periods of days to weeks where there is no issue, then a day where it happens every battle. The only solution has been to not play the game and come back the next day.
Going through the list of “possible solutions”, none of them are applicable here. There seems to be an issue with out Battleye interacts with War Thunder.

It doesn’t say “only”… So not technically anything false stated in there. It even states at the bottom that “If you are sure that BE blocks legitimate files and that causes problems for your game (such as being unable to find servers) please contact us directly here”. The “here” in that sentence at the end is a link to Bettleye’s own support (i also linked them the same way for your convenience) because if that happens it is up to their support to help you.
