You might have heard about rangefinding. I know how to activate it, but not with setting the scope on that specific range. Can please anyone help me?
if its a specifically a laser rangefinder it automatically adjusts (except in arcade)
i play around 4.0 ranges
You will have to manually set the range into the sight then. You can key bind it at the bottom of the key bind menu
Here:
If you are on PC and want to use the mouse wheel you can also use this option:
You usually wont be able to set it to the exact range, so just set it as close as you can and adjust your aim point a little up or down to make up for it
then you have to keybind it laser rangefinders are only at high tier
Thank you.
i cant hold up the range, it automaticly resets to 0
There is an option in “Edit Axis” called “Relative Control” make sure that is on. also make sure the "reset Axis Value isn’t bound to something that you might be pressing by accident
I have this on, but it still wont work.
the only other thing I can find that might do that is “correction” make sure its set to 0%, if it still dose it start increasing the % until it stops
Mine is set like this:
I noticed when I turned my correction down to -5% or lower it started to do the thing you mentioned where it resets the range automatically, so turning it up into a +setting might fix it if you still have that issue.
im sorry i adjusted all of yours to mine AND IT STILL WONT F#CKING WORK 😭
could you show the top of that setting window? looks like you have the “reset” bound to the scroll wheel as well.
I afraid I’m out of ideas then. Sorry I wasn’t able to help.
Would anyone be willing to Grind with me? 8.3 US
sorry i only have 6.0 hellcat
Do you also have this setting set?
(If yes they might be conflicting).
I personally have it set to the above and do not use the “Sight distance control” axis for “Increase” and “Decrease” and only use the “reset” within that menu (but that is my personal setup).
Edit:
Also, some custom sights show visually that it is at zero even when they are set at a distance, make sure if the range is set or not by firing a round and see if it shoots “up” in an arc or starts falling down immediately.
