Israeli Coastal Fleet Techtree. Small but unique!

I think it doesnt even have to be a separate Bluewater fleet. The reason why Gaijin separated them in the first place was because of organizational constraints, on the current 5 line limit of tech tree organizations. Surely 1 line can be reserved for the Chilean Bluewater ships - since even in the suggestion its just 1 line.

Just need to like demarcate it or something, maybe add like a dotted line on the edge?

I honestly don’t mind, if anything, I hope giving Chiles naval force to Israel would encourage gajin to use more subtree naval forces.

Honestly marking what vehicle belongs to the main/sub tree does sound like a nice idea though, solely just to check what vehicles are under what operating country.

+1 (with terms and conditions first of course), I can see the non-missile ships and boats coming to the game easily however, missile technology itself and it’s inclusion in the current configuration of the game in naval I feel is not appropriate, especially in ww2 settings. Gaijin ought to set some dividers between eras first before we get more modern ships because I think it’s a shame for them to not receive a fully modelled armament, especially if it’s central to the role of the vehicle like modern frigates and corvettes or so.

Yeah I completely agree with you. I added the modern ships in this techtree to show it’s future potential. But some time ago I’ve made a Naval Forces rework suggestion that I think would be perfect to have ingame:

The most important thing to me is the splitting of the WW2-era and modern-era ships.

The suggestion was good, I agreed with the primary point of separating modern and ww2/ww1 vessels and I also happen to agree with the addition of AI wingmen to your smaller attackers or fighter aircraft (perhaps even having the ability to steer any of them in case you lose your primary vehicle with a time delay penalty like you might find in the single-player missions) but I thought that merging the coastal tree with the blue water tree would negatively affect people that like to play coastal to grind events tier-wise and I was thinking if you’ve come up with a remedy for that. I also would like to point out that the suggestions would maybe do better if they were separated, especially the AI wingmen segment, if it’s further detailed since the devs are allergic to bundled suggestions afaik.

My view on the coastal tree is that it should always have been just something for new players. Like Rank 1 to 3 stuff. The current coastal tree going up to high tiers just doesn’t make sense, I’m out here having to grind a vehicle that has the price of a top tier aircraft, but all I get in the end is a mid patrol boat that any reserve destroyer of the Bluewater fleet can clap in a few shots.

In my suggestion the coastal ships are just the low rank stuff, so their prices and RP requirements would have to go way down.
People will most likely not like the change at first, but I think in time players can get used to it. I mean when I started playing I wanted to have the Lancaster right away, but I was stuck playing these biplanes I had never heard of. I don’t see the problem with people having to play a few small boats before getting to the bigger things.
