Israel TT Wishlist - What are we lacking? (Work in progress...)

Actually very wrong Germany was one one who made the tam from the prototype called the tam all Israel did way later in life was modify it and thoses were done by elbit systems (had a small mistake)

That’s the point they’re making mate, it was modernized with an Israeli companies hep, and Germany played no role in the modernization. Israel has a larger claim to the TAM 2s because of that

Small mistake?

They gave it 3 axis stab, filled it to the brim with electronics with thermals too (including the COAPS later on), thermal sleeves, aux power systems, more shell options including the capability to use ATGM’s, brand new FCS, composite armor AND commander control. There is still more iirc. It is already well known that Elbit played a big role with the 2’s

No I used the wrong name that was the mistake

Highly disagree since Germany made them later modifications doesn’t mean it changes nations

Ofc the newest tam 2ca2 or whatever it’s called I don’t remember could go to both nations but that’s on gsjin to decide if they ever add more tams

Not just CA2. Every TAM 2 variant was modified by Elbit and by a big amount too, with each upgrade being more.

It would be like adding the CM11 to America because the tank pre upgrade was made by America, even if they got upgraded by ROCA (not the greatest example, but towards that direction)

I think personally it could fit into both nations but I’d much rather see the domestic German ones being th301 and th302 tams are just cool tanks in general and I’d like too see more of the family

My personal wish would be a Kfir 2000 or Barak 1 with strict 90s configuration with maybe Paveways with basic LITENING.

So some 13.0 - 13.3

I looked at the Ayit Meshupar suggestion too, it is a nice one and can be added to US itself as A-4M with some changes, all 10.0 but rank VII for Israel. But in general devs are reluctant in giving US any Rank V-VI nowadays.

germany doesn’t need the TAMs once again, they need the actual prototypes that weren’t used by Argentina which is the TH 301.

Here’s a interesting addition that could added desperate variety and utility, particularly in the Anti-ship role for Tier VI, the IAI-1124N “Seascan”. It can mount Rocketpods, ASM’s, Torpedoes (confirmed), AGM’s, bombs, depth charges and SUU-11A gunpods (mentioned) on 4 plyons

Yeah

Trying to find weapons on Maritime Patrol aircraft especially ones as rare as the Seascan is especially difficult on line. Only 2 countries operate that aircraft (the other being Australia) and only one out of the two operators have them armed (IDF/IAF)

I’m probably going to guess it’s a Gabriel I or II. More images of the Seascan with armament loadouts and/or manuals can give use more insight on it

Technically speaking “Seascan” is apart of the designation, meaning designating it would be proper without quotations. What should be would be its IAF nickname: “Shahaf”.

I’m going to need sources on these, the rockets and Gabriel’s are well known tho so no need. I’ve never seen anything at all on these other mentions, and if true it’s actually quite big.
