I have issues with Israel’s Crew Cards, It always shows the Crew Level and then (Maximum). There is no “Crew XP Points” accumulation shown. When I click on the Crew Training to review the Crew member’s , there is no "Accelerated Training button also. I have:
a. cleared the games cache ,
b. validated my files to repair it,
c. made sure my client was up-to-date, and
d. uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Nothing has fixed this issue. The game is NOT DL through Steam, there is no presets, set. The crew order is numerical. How do I fix this issue?

Wow that is weird. The missing Accelerated Training button is just from it thinking your crew is maximum. What happens if you press the “+” on those skills with nothing in them? Do they increase? (You don’t have to apply it if you don’t want, just wondering if it changes)
If you click on the “Air Vehicles” selector does it show the same thing, or does it then show your crew points you have available to spend? (This is how you see crew points if you have a legitimately maxed out crew)
Also, you’re not on the Work-In-Progress client are you?

I’d suggest logging a bug report ticket, but doing a search on Community Bug Reporting System for things like “maximum crew” shows a lot of similar reports (quite a few specifically mentioning Israel)… sadly even from 4 years ago.
Unfortunately none of the ones I saw had any sort of fix or further information, or even a response from a bug manager.
I just did a quick search, so perhaps you could try a more thorough search in there, or hopefully someone else may have some ideas
