I feel like In War Thunder, equipping Israel’s F-15I with indigenous Spice bombs instead of the standard U.S. GBU series would bring greater authenticity and gameplay diversity, reflecting Israel’s real-world military capabilities
the Spice 2000 is a 2,000-pound munition equipped with cutting-edge electro-optical guidance and GPS, allowing it to identify and strike targets autonomously even in challenging conditions. This makes it a highly effective weapon in Israel’s arsenal, enabling it to carry out precise, long-range attacks with minimal operator intervention.
The Spice 1000 glide bomb is a precision-guided munition developed by Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, tailored for long-range, high-accuracy strikes. Weighing approximately 1,000 pounds, it’s equipped with advanced electro-optical and GPS guidance, along with a unique wing kit that allows it to glide over extended distances to reach distant targets without needing an engine
The F-15I Ra’am, Israel’s modified version of the F-15E Strike Eagle, has been equipped with the Spice 1000 and 2000 precision-guided bombs, enhancing its strike capability. These bombs, developed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, integrate seamlessly with the F-15I’s advanced avionics and targeting systems. The combination allows Israel’s air force to conduct highly accurate, long-range attacks on strategic targets with minimal risk
They should be added when F16D was introduced to the game. Only 2 self guided munitions, laser only bombs(yet no iog), comically mach limit(should be dependant on ias, not the true speed) really makes israeli cas if not worst but really exhausting compared to french, italian and us.Give russia just standoff munitions like they have the minimum (40 ppl in queue while 1 player for israel) player base.
Sadly, Gaijin is still ignoring Israel’s demands. From F-16D to now F-15I, perhaps until F-15IA, Gaijin will still not give Israel any complete CAS strike capability.
When Sweden lacked the AGM65, the enthusiastic Gaijin immediately sent the AGM65G allowed in the manual, and Israel? No one cares.
He’s console bot so ignore any possible claims from him pls. He barely played his planes as cas so dont think he knows what to do against sams even with mavericks xD
Hi @Smin1080p_WT Quick question—do you know if Gaijin would be adding any of the F15-I’s standoff or CAS armament in this update, or possibly later this year? Thanks in advance for any info!
