Given Gaijin confirmed Israel will be getting it’s first rank IX jet what do you think it will be?
The options I heard the most are (in not particular order):
Greek Rafale
Greek F-16V
Singaporean F-15SG
F-15IA (coming along side the F-15EX)
F-15I+ (coming along side F-15E RMP)
The entire Greek air tech tree line
Imo it might be like a malaysia level subtree for now

Nahh the F-15SG was leeked for Isreal some time ago so the F-15SG is way more likely than the F-16
Both are paper only but it didn’t stop gaijin before so people are still talking about these options.

So? There is no way Gaijin adds a completely fake aircraft
The one I currently remember is the F-16AJ but I am pretty sure there are more examples just not off the top of my head
F-15SG was leaked as part of a list when Singapore was a proper subtree - at the time planned for China.
The attribution of the plane to Israel are just speculations that have followed.
You are right on the F-16AJ but nobody wants another situation like that

Comparing Japan (a basically full tree, before Malaysia was even considered) to Israel.
A half empty tree. I really doubt it.
at rank 6 and above theyre more similar than different imo
plus I just dont think we’re necessarily going to get a full like 5.0-14.7 greek subtree all at once
Yeah probably, gaijin will add it in parts so they don’t run out of Greek content too fast
I mean the same happened with Eurofighter Typhoon AESA which is similar to the F-15I+ case.
If you aren’t familiar with the F-15I+ it’s basically F-15I upgraded to the F-15IA standard (mainly AESA and avionics from what I understood).
the thinking behind Malaysia was to provide Japan with more top tier close-air-support options, which Japan lacked.
Israel doesn’t have the same issue. :/
What Israel needs according to gaijin is divers gameplay. That sounds More like a complete subtree.

yeah but the only plane that really fits your idea is the su30mkm as even the fa18D isnt exactly good cas
and I dont recall them ever saying that was the reason in the dev stream and they didnt put any emphasis on that being the reason in the devblog either
moreso imo, they just wanted to give japan actual top tier planes which they lacked, just like israel
