Russian APHE needs a rework with the way it is it is simply to strong on angles if they drop it in br the angle performance needs to be nerfed it’s not even just the IS2 it’s every Russian APHE round that does this
The angle performance literally changes how Armor performs against it it’s complete un fair and needs to be dealt with literally it changes armor values for only Russian guns
It gives every Russian round 20mm of extra pen at any distance on angles and never diminishes with range unlike other shells
D shell should be removed and the unrealisitc lower frontal armor buff added after his BR brup should be removed too.

Try the Tiger II and Jagdtiger shell against Panther UFP for me. I want to test a hypothesis.

They do but the armor value is 180 not 150 as in the is2 case it physically changes the armor value due to angle performance
What about the D shell on IS-2?
Same thing it changes the armor value from 180 to 150 it’s nonsense all of the IS2 rounds change the value it shouldn’t do that

TLDR its being based on the shell being; APHE, APHEBC, APCBC, etc.
Jagdtiger PzGr and IS-2 1944 BR-471D shells both being APCBC grants them the same equivalent protection for Panther UFP.
That is how game works big caliber have better performance on angled armor.
