Are there any kind of crusader stripes or Rac emblems added in the game, and if they are still obtainable
(the emblem on the photo is on camouflage)

Maybe you can try using the Peru flag.

Crusader stripes are in the game, but unfortunately they were an old monthly decal from 2017
For newer players, only options are faking them with other decals like SadLamer suggested or wait if the decal reappears as part of returning monthly decals
