I really want to get SU-34 (its my favorite jet) but the grind really kills me, is there any ways to make it shorter?

Buy a premium and/or get premium time. Make sure you research as few planes as possible too.
Other than that, just being consistently good will make it much faster too.

It will depend, air realistic and arcade battles should be good while playing MiG-23ML, just missile and napalms, in other hand if you prefer, air simulator battles is best with the Su-39 since you’ll have a lot of room to focus primarily on ground strike points.

If you play on Xbox you can use Microsoft Rewards to get free Xbox gift cards which you can buy premium time and vehicles with. And it’s really easy to do so it just takes a long time
