Here are some direct comparisions, screenshots I made a few days ago and today. I do not know who (pun not intended) greenlighted the new green color but it’s set to maximum brightness and completly distracts me when I have the taskbar/action bar open on the bottom. If there is a plane / enemy or anything below me, I struggle to see anything.
Are there ways to mod the icons to something less bright or a different color? Really thought they might differ when I set my HUD colors to e.g. red but nope, the icons are unaffected
You cant change it but you can hide it.
I have a tendency to forget about certain hotkeys sometimes since I play all kinds of modes mixed together depending on my mood, while I really don’t need most of that action bar it still helps me sometimes… really don’t want to disable it :(
I mean sure, but its not like you need to go into the settings and look for it bla bla bla.
Its just 1 click and it will go down, other click it will be back .
Just like you said, depend on the mood.
But unfortunately gaijin wont change it or lets us have a custom ones, same with the radar. I find it too green for myself.
