Is there a reaseon why specific players are allowed to test the Invantry mode?

Hi! Do i need to have sepsific stats/specs to participate in warthunder Infantry? Can anyone test it out or do i need to have a prober computer?

People had to sign up foe the test and it was chosen at random from then on afaik.
