Simple question: Does the store put a cap on players concerning how much they can spend?
I know I have had a “block” on payment before when trying to buy Gaijin coins. Something along the lines of the value of the items I hold vs the amount trying to get. It was a few years back.

It’s only applied to GJN replenishment, you can’t purchase more than x2 of value of your store purchases over last 12 months.
