At some point you (as a player) will understand some vehicle’s weaknesses, work around these and match its performance, but that there’s some double standard by the community’s end, preferential treatment for premium vehicles over tech tree vehicle by Gaijin’s there’s no doubt, I can’t proof both of my accusations, I hope you get it just as a trash-talking. In a hypothetical scenario, if the Terminator were added sonely as a tech tree vehicle, its issues with battle rating would never happen or either fixed quick as possible, in contrast, tech tree vehicle don’t bring immediate profit as premium vehicle does, it’s no Russian bias, is preferential treatment for premium vehicles.

Fairly sure T58 will go up with the planned BR changes. Turm III? Not as much. It’s at 8.3 for a long time. It has zero survivability and only works as oversized rat vehicle. And you don’t see people uptiering it for good reason. Even at 9.3 it’s basically extinct unless someone got a full uptier from their 8.3 line up.
Because the APDS pen ain’t very good, and the 30mm doesn’t save it.

You can kill a Turm 3 easily by using US 90mm or King Tiger 88mm, facing T58 is almost impossible to do it. I tried the 90mm APDS and HEAT-FS, I even tried the 105mm APDS and HEAT, but all of those round is either non pen, or get volumetric or do no damage after pen which lead to only outcome, instant death.

just coming back to the thread to say the turm 3 being 90% empty space has gotten me killed three times today. even when hitting the blighters with very big shells.
8.3 is just mental for how it acts

Turm is in no way similar to the T58. You fart 1.5km from a Turm and it will detonate. Its turret is far too high and basically once hit your done.
Turm is the biggest mistake ive made in this game outside of playing it and paying these people for sub par crap.

Da fuq? Bro Turn is a walking “Shoot me” tank. Everyone knows they simply need to shoot and hit NEAR it and it will either loose its guns, tracks or explode. Only 3 crew who seem to be Siamese triplets and all die at the same time. The HEATFS is unreliable and will sometimes kill and sometimes not. It doesnt forgive quick unaimed shots. You must aim precisely in a tank that cant take even a 23mm hit without erupting into a firestorm. Elevation is crap so can barely even use its 30mm for helis. Depression is all crap so can barely peek a hill but even if it could again youre a Everyone Please Shoot Me.
Basically its doing an Elden Ring No Damage run every single match. Once youre hit, your back at spawn.
Turm 3 has a rep it doesnt deserve. The Clovis is a far better tank overall then the Turm IMO.
Name a better 8.3 MBT. The Turm 3 is better than some 8.7 MBTs. Having a light armor profile is not some get out of jail card for a vehicle when every other factor is strong.

Lmao… what? Turm III is faster than most vehicles it will ever see.
Not only are you nitpicking, you’re also either not aware that it only goes 65 km/h or underestimating the speed of other vehicles. The ZA-35 can go up to 120 km/h. The T10M goes 50 km/h. The Turm III is far from a speed demon and most light tanks and gun SPAAs are just as fast if not faster.
I hope you didn’t just compare T-10M’s mobility with Turm III’s.
It’s pretty much in the higher end of mobility at it’s BR and only a select few will beat it in that.

It’s not that mobile, no matter how much you guys pretend it is.
For 8.3 it is very mobile.

It also has good firepower, an excellent reload, and a very good 30mm cannon. (That’s actually usable unlike the French 20mms).
As it stands it and the T58 should both be 8.7 at minimum.
