Is the Su-57 really worse than the F-22?

Might be the angle but the one carried by the Su-35 looks longer than this xD

Su-57 internal weapons air to air options->
Standard r-77m
Ramjet r-77m (unsure if it’s still in testing)
Izd-810, internalized long range missile based off r-37m

Dead projects
Ramjet rvv-ae-pd → dead project r-77 with ramjet with folding fins

Definitely, this is likely to be standard rvv-ae with the back fins replaced with fins (it’s just a mock up for display, no need to show the actual thing)

Kinda curious to see how the fins affect maneuverability compared to the grid ones.

God I love that scuffed mockup, I love how they literally took a RVV-AE mock for expos and cut off the grid fins… Genuinely amazing lmao.

Oh I didn’t see your message lol.

The USSR said bugger all about their new interceptor because it was intended to be a top secret thing though. All the west had to on was pictures and time to altitude records the USSR claimed.

Just so happens that the huge wings (to carry a steel tub to mach 3) are usually assumed to be needed for high agility, instead of carry a steel tub to the edge of space at 3x the speed of sound.

i can show u a video a patriot failing to intercept an iskander hitting it directly. (ukraine uses PAC 3 n Pac 2 patriot).

No system is infallible would you like to trade Stormshadow wrecking S-400?

There’s a difference between an Iskander and an ATACMS, or especially a slow drone, isn’t there?

There is a big difference in active combat kill and none active combat kill. But hey your making your own happiness as these system will be lost anyway. Its think the one losing here is the one that keep adding debt by 100 millions every years

War economies tend to show stress in other ways. And Debt only really matters should someone call you on it.

deployed S-400 systems have been whacked by drones or ATACMs missiles they failed to intercept numerous times, you are just in a propaganda bubble so you never see it
and don’t start talking about deficits, you wont like where that ends up with cratering oil revenues)))
