Is the penetration of the 7mm class AP-I correct?

AP-I is currently implemented in WT for German, Soviet, Italian, and British 7mm-class guns.
(The British AP-I is not real and needs to be removed.)

Of these, only the German AP-I has an armor piercing power of 8mm (100m), all others have 12mm. 12mm is the same as the armor piercing power of a pure AP round.

Is this really correct?
I have done some research, but have not been able to find any authoritative information due to the language barrier.

Say sayed they unified all small caliver <12,7mm AP ammo. AP 13mm, AP-T and AP-I some 9mm or so. Idk.
