Is the mig-21 bison still good?

I remember the mig 21 bison being a good plane for 11.7 but now that it is 12.3 I wanted to know if it’s still a good plane

Very fun aircraft, few missiles but very good. IR missiles if you use them wisely are 2 casualties almost guaranteed. Good radar and heavy flares.
Problems: speed limit 1350 at ground level, if you are careless you will break.
Due to its geometry, if you turn too much you will become a gift. For me survival is its weakest point.

Super fun plane, have limited time in it so far (trying to finish up another nation) but the time ive had in it in air rb and ground rb has been a blast
