Is the FM of F-15 historical?

Thats when they are kinda correct and usable for some FMs, but for others… NOPE

Ever since they chickened out on nerfing the MiG-23MLD FM after the flightmodel genocide of 2022(?) I severly doubt Gaijin ever intends to make the flightmodels correct. They just do what makes them money.

Live in-game data will be wrong though.

By what? Around 1% error margin? It would be less than user error.

It’s only noticeably wrong at very slow speeds in high AoA situations, not for high speed STR testing. For slow speeds the video method with a bunch of full turns to take an average works better for sure, and its far easier to take an accurate result but takes some time.

Basically I presented them a E-M diagram and the operating data manual of the harrier Gr.1/3

It shows the line of sustained turn rate and G

Very clearly it shows a 17,200 lbs Gr.3 with a drag index of +5 sustaining 6G at .7 Mach with normal lift thrust or about 95% throttle in game.

The devs replied we don’t think it’s possible for it to sustain that much G as there isn’t enough thrust in game.

(There is an accepted bug report open that shows the harriers Pegasus engine is missing some 35% thrust at higher speeds)
