Is the D-Tech armor simulated wrong in the game？

I heard that D-Tech armor didn’t only add the NXRA outside, but also improve the NERA inside. Although I can only find out the performance of the D-Tech armor system, I can’t find how it works. So I can’t make sure that Gaijin did the wrong thing about the Leopards. Could you find some information to proof is？Thanks a lot.

It is but gaijin is very strict with their selective realism policy so they refuse to acknowledge that. Im fairly sure they used the Swedish test as source for the 2a7v for no reason at all.
