I got this email today, despite not buying gaijin coin for about 4-5 months. The charge hasn’t come into my bank and I’ve never received an email from these guys before when using the gaijin store/market.
Seems to be correct, However i’d contact support quoting the transaction ID to be sure no ones trying to purchase anything on your account.
do you have send an mail to the support, i dont think the forum is the best way of confirming this information. Maybe go on the webside of gaijin and write a request to the support
I’ve recieved one late e-mail after a few time buying from the store, I think it’s a problem with automatic e-mailing by the Nuevi’s part.
First time I’ve recieved the e-mail I was scared and quickly checked by banking account, it was just a jumpscare, at the moment nothing to worry about.
I’ve checked my balance and banking statement for any unknown transaction but nothing has changed. Hopefully eventually Nuevi fixes this or someone reports to them.
I’ve just received several emails saying I’ve bought a bunch of golden eagles but I’haven’t bought anything, somebody has been logging into my account.

Best case scenario: the emails are just fake and your account is safe but your email has leaked to scam sites because it was used to create an account on a less than safe website.
Log into your war thunder account on the main war thunder website, click your name top right → security settings → login history.
If there are any logins that look suspicious then change password immediately and if you haven’t already you should activate two factor authentication regardless of what you find.
If there are suspicious logins to the game then also contact support to get further information on how to secure your account (and this also creates a log so that if anything goes wrong because of the odd logins there is a trail to show that it wasn’t you who did it). There are a bunch of loggins from china and other places, they even changed my accounts country and currency I’ve already opened a ticket on the support site but i haven’t received a reply
Then change password ASAP and activate two factor authentication. I would also run a system check to look for malware/viruses/trojans just to be extra safe.
Periodically check the login history (perhaps once or twice per day) and if they manage to login again then change password once more.
Support might take a while to respond (it’s a weekend and easter so might take a few days).
