Hi, my question is, is it like this only for me, or is it the same for everyone.The phenomenon shown in the videos below, with strange shadow filling and what looks like AI-generated land.

That looks normal, it has to do with render distance and at a certain distance more detailed textures load in. This effect gets even more noticeable if you have grass you are driving on or are flying a helicopter near trees.
