Is exploiting a spot in the map that is OP and not allowed bannable?

On the map Red Desert, there is a spot on the mountain/hill to the right of the G6 spawn. Is that reportable/bannable, or is the developer not making a good map where people can get into spots and not have consequences? This isn’t the first time I have reported this spot, and it’s still been here after one major update and multiple smaller updates. Either report and ban people using spots like these or make it so you can’t get to them, please.

This is why we have 3 lane COD maps, people like this…

It is not. Creativity shouldn’t be punished, and if you believe this position is unfair, make a bug report.

Look, in warfare some positions are going to be more advantageous than others. You shouldn’t be able to get banned for being more skilled than other players and utilising the map to your advantage

Spots that were not “allowed” could get you banned…but what you show is NOT the case AFAIK. If you can drive there, then you can fight from there…
High ground exists on several maps…i don’t know that specific one, but does not look OP.

Spotting goes both ways…when you are on a hill, lots of enemies can spot and fire at you…

Bans were on occasions where players would use light tanks and JUMP over something they weren’t supposed to jump…or squeeze between some buildings…it would mean accessing a closed area…
