Well, you filtered the targets … so it’s just a type of filter :) But yea it could be tabs. Of course the real SLM system and the other like it can detect if the missile is incoming, outgoing or just passing so you can filter it by that too or sort it by the most dangerous target. And that’s really important when you see 20 missiles (AIM-120, other SAM, incoming anti-ground stuff which is the important stuff and so on).

Last game I had the entire screen filled with trash information, list items just jumping up and down, up and down, it’s borderline impossible to be efficient when the game works against you, and honestly, just get rid of friendlies and useless friendly rockets out of the list, it’s literally useless information that should be hidden away, and put enemies and incoming ordinance in separate tabs.

I haven’t touched the SLM much because of how overwhelming it is to play.

Just throw some random rocket will make the radar busy and overload with trash info. Kekw…

If the plane throws anything out, the radar will prioritize to track that, fooling the SL missiles that are already in the air off of it. It’s literally guaranteed. More effective than flare or chaff.

I don’t know whether its known but:

Some special tasks don’t work: Like the one which requires you to kill player vehicles in an SPAA.

Probably cause you play the radar truck and the launch vehicle does the kill. Technically you don’t control the SPAA doing the kill. But…come one…fix it.

You can’t put decals on launch vehicles, can’t you? This needs to be fixed.


The target list is often unusable. Probably cause devs don’t play their own game. When 2 russian jets launch their infamous KH-38 volleys, its like 6 contacts per jet for missiles, then friendly crafts and and friendly missiles going up.

At the end the whole target list is clutteted up in a way which makes you defenseless. You need a filter to get rid of friendly targets. You need a fillter to distinguish between positive and negative speed. And somehow the contact list need to be static. Contacts are changing positions, sometimes you wan’t to click on it and you miss.

Better would be to use the radar screen for interacting with targets. For this the radar screen needs to be bigger. Its too small.

I’d also like to have more battlefield awareness in third person, every contact needs to get its green bracket. Not just one randomly selected.

That’s awesome. It’s only that if I filter out friendlies I cant see where are my missiles going, are they tracking and so on. Basically I’m unable to see my own missiles and that’s kind of important. But it’s a good start. Good job for GJ.

Wow just saw this ingame. Not we’ve got the filter. Helps alot.

Also made my SPAA kill task. You just have to make sure to sit in the launch MAN truck instead of the radar one.

Check the skins which you can unlock, is there progress too?

Looks like just the 5 kills I made while sitting in the launcher truck for the task. The skin progress stopped with 5 kills as I stopped caring what vehicle I’m in. These kind of tasks obviously require you to control the launcher truck while shooting at targets.

But looks like you get crewlock when your two launchers were killed and you J our of the remaining radar truck.

We still need a separate column for aircraft and weapons.

Oh and you still get crew locked if your launchers die…

Update:
After today’s minor update, it appears that IRIS-T guidance is completely broken. DL+IOG causes the missile to fly above the targets, and IOG is not existent as losing DL causes the missile to plummet directly into the ground. IR track also doesn’t seem to work properly, everything about it is broken.

Quite simple. IRIS-T and 9X switched to KH/UP, as munitions now have 99% decoy rate, while doing the maneuvers bled the speed ot, making it invisible to AMRAAM, as it seems to operate in PD only.
