I was thinking SPAA as a whole not just the ADATS.
Especially within the context of IRIS-T SLE vs IRIS-T SLM
i was speaking as rule of thumb for all current SPAA in game too.
with the IRIS-T I do think my thinking of what is long range will have to change.
this also means my already very struggling CAS options for top tier are now completely unusable
Harrier with maverics I can dance with a pantsir but an IRIS-T not a hope in hell.

honestly all us brit mains banding together probably annoys them more. 5% of the playerbase holding so firm we are almost as loud as the big 3 here

So as its a multi vehicle system should it not be like able to work with other players driving the same?
like me having the SAM launcher my Radar Unit got destroyed but another player has his out and it should still work.
The radar unit is your main vehicle, you get two launcher vehicles
You are out if either both of your launchers get destroyed or if your radar unit gets destroyed

Well, it would be cool if it did work like that, but since player to player datalink isn’t a thing yet, this wouldn’t work.
To be completely honest, it would have made more sense if they had just placed stationary radar units around the maps instead of having people try to hide their massive radar units on Gaijins amazing ground maps.

i think there should be an area around the ground map where only the AA units have access to, because just like IRL those long range AA systems arent directly on the front lines but a bit behind them
I hope the Spyder appears for Israel since it is really needed URGENTLY. The chaparral does not work for top tier.
