Agreed! I was fearing it to be overpriced- but at this price tag, I am even considering getting it myself if I can save up a bit more.
And as I said earlier, I hope this sets a precedent and establishes a new Premium Pack standard. In a perfect world, every Pack would retain their current price tags but include additional vehicles such as SPAAs, and, ideally, owners of these packs would get those vehicles retrospectively.
This is a pack I can get behind. I happily opened my wallet for it. I knew exactly what I was getting, the vehicles look lovely, and to top it off: the pack comes with SPAA. The latter being absolutely crucial and a fantastic step in the right direction. Previously, these vehicle bundles will usually come with a bunch of heavies and no SPAA. Now players buying this have no excuse not to spawn in SPAA and help their team. It’s also a great pack to do it in because you’re facing Allied teams who love jumping into planes, leading to situations where you can easily drain the enemies spawn points while getting a bunch of kills. Love it. I hope this is a new step forward where Gaijin considers support vehicles in the composition of their packs going forward.
i am pleasantly surprised at the amount of SL and RP my Kv-1 is printing at the moment, any chance these type of packs can be extended to other countries? for uhh, cosmetic reasons
I love the pack, and complain too so I would say that the SL bonus is a little low compared to other premiums but in reality very good pack, especially with the anti-air
The two Tiger, howevery it a copy-paste it worth to buy it because it equipped with addon armor which make them more deadly. The plus wood armor work as an ERA against heat round and front addon armor will stop 85-76mm shot when it angled. That is the reason why to buy it. Th ostwind is not really worth it.
The more effective a vehicle, the more the modifiers get nerfed.
The lowest premium RP modifier in comparison to its sister unit holds the F224 Lubeck frigate. Its a powerful, very effective ship which used to generate very high research rates back then. You could actually unlock the whole Naval tree in no time.
This is something Gajin won’t accept. They split the Naval tree into coastal and blue water.
Despite its a high seas ship, it was added to the meh coastal tree.
As they split the trees, they also seized the opportunity to downrank it from V to IV :)
The identical tech tree Frigate F220 Köln (still rank V) has an RP modifier of 404%. The prem F224 Lubeck has its rp modifier set to 588%. Not that much more…if you compare the difference other units have. Barely prem worthy.
Or they just can stop releasing pay to win vehicles, this perfectly showcases they know EXACTLY what is wrong with the Tigers, probably because we complained about it for 10 years, and for 10 years they refuse to fix it, and then now they go out of their way to create a new model exclusive to the premium, whilst not updating the previous model which would have been trivial to do…
