Introducing the Tiger and Ostwind Pack!

They are and have the same 100mm of stated thickness (look at SU-122P or T-10M for example). But they don’t do anything against kinetic rounds basically.

No, 100 mm of wood = 8 mm of armor.
It doesn’t look like much, but many shells already pierce the tiger at the limit of their capabilities.

If you angle, it will be noticable in some edge cases. Even more the tracks on the front.

Also don’t forget Rus player love to use their Pt-76b with uses Heat ammo…there should be a more noticable effect.

I wonder is the bits of wood can be shot off, like other spaced armor in game

I like this idea of selling entire lineups, that way the newbies won´t ODL.
However I noticed you removed S mine launchers from the premium vehicles and kept it on the TT one. Might consider updating the TT vehicle model as well.

What is the price? This pack should be priced as a one vehicle IMO and as an advanced starter pack. 20-30EUR. Higher than that not worth. You should also consider offering players to buy without GE and prem account option to make it cheaper for people who just want the vehicles.

I completely agree.

i’m sorry, do you mean HEATFS? put some respect on the FS!

jokes aside, in the very rare case that i found myself in a Sov v Sov situation in GRB, the (very rare armour modelled) wood or random T-34 box eats the HEATFS and often makes what would be an easy engine shot or ammo rack into a praying to the server hamster situation, sometimes it works fine other times it fails to pen

I guess they are running out of weird and nonsensical experimental and prototype vehicles that they have enough info to model, so have to rehash existing ones.

Completely expected of this sort of economic model - bring something new, even if it is old… or perish.

Why can’t we purchase the skins separately? I already have the entire TT unlocked, and I don’t want to spend the ludicrous amount premiums go for. Gaijin is missing out on some serious income by not selling custom skins and 3D models separately. Packs are a good value proposition to new players, but I feel insulted as a long time player.

That make sense actually, like who would wanna pay to lose right? Like buying first class flight tickets just to sit in economy class? The person who pays will feel like a sucker lol

Please add the toggle for the mine launches to the tech tree tiger.

The marketing team: “hey if we do that, then more players will find less reason to spend money on the premium version bro, which means we likely make fewer sales selling only cosmetics instead of “exclusive feature”, so nope bro.”

So what about the tracks on the mantlet? You seem to be deliberately ignoring it. Probably because it really changes something, right?

Don’t know if this has been answered already, but I use GIMP, it’s free and is easy to learn, just import the file, change what you want then overwrite ;) and yes it’s very much allowed as it’s client side not server side

Or when it comes out I could do it quite easily for you lol, I’m planning on getting it anyway to change it

It’s not what the discussion is about. I’m just clarifying that despite that “extra 100mm” the sticks barely do anything so people won’t get the wrong idea.

So what about this part? Are they “nothing serious”?

actually the new tigers lack annoying s-mine launchers from the h1 and this fact makes those tigers a p2w
players have been asking for an option to remove s-mine launchers for years and now they get it… for 70$ probably xD

I always argued that pay-to-win doesn’t exist in the game…however with this being added despite being a paywall. At this point, these are indeed Pay to win. By every retrospective.

None of what makes these special exists on the Tiger H1 or the Ostwind II in the Tech Tree. Gaijin better have plans to give these options or something similar to their tech tree counterpart.
