Insane ghosting in clouds since latest update

I haven’t changed any settings since the update, but I’ve noticed that whenever there is a backdrop of clouds behind my plane, there is massive ghosting.

But I’ve noticed that it only happens when there is sky behind the clouds, as opposed to looking at clouds that are between me and the ground. It’s almost like I can see through to the sky behind the clouds for a second before they reappear, which creates this ghosting effect, as the colour of the ‘ghost’ corresponds to the colour that you would expect the sky to be if the clouds weren’t there.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Yep, noted that too, was happening with the fog clouds in the jutland event but not the high alt clouds. Very weird

I have the same issue, and have spoken to others in game that have experienced the same. At first it looked like DLSS ghosting but I’ve played with all the settings and it seems to be present no matter what.

Yeah, same problem even with AA turned OFF

Hopefully they can get this sorted because it can be quite disorienting when you’re fighting in the clouds

Apparently fixed in today’s 2.45.1.31 update
