Information Regarding the Thai Subtree and Chinese Vehicles

this is all just a big ploy to distract us from bomber cockpits still not being finished FYI

Well, find solutions, go find the French communities, I’m sure they have issues too, go find the British, the Japanese and the Americans, together you are stronger.

Of course, it’d be better if every community could protest together of all issues.

Only reason lack of fnf weaponry

Glad to see WT content creators find this to be an non-answer response.

Here’s a simple solution,

1. Give Singapore to Israel
They’re BFFs IRL, and have deep military ties with one another. IMO Singapore going to Japan feels like Gaijin is trying to recreate the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. Might as well rename the nation to that so we can get South Korea’s K2s sooner.

2. Fix China’s tech tree
Buff existing chinese vehicles and add more taiwanese vehicles (e.g. M1A2T). China has so much potential and they’re seriously just gonna copy-paste leos???

Of course, Gaijin won’t do anything logical and will continue stirring more shit until the next review bombing incident occurs.

Absolutely not. China does not need Abrams nor should it get them. Not when they are a major adversarial country to the US. Better to go the route of North Korea or Pakistan.

Republic of China already have F16 made in the US. And They also already have M1A2T in service.

Lets not compound a mistake. China should not have recieved US vehicles.

I prefer them making full use of China’s existing subtrees instead of adding another. Also don’t they already have a taiwanese Mirage 2k and F16?

Again, lets not compound and add to a mistake Gaijin already made. Top tier US vehicles should not go to China. Id rather see the F-16 removed than to add an Abrams or others.

To be fair they really aren’t US vehicles when they’re in active ROC service.

Keep in mind it’s not called “PRC tree”, it’s the China tree that has PRC and ROC in it.

Yes, if a thai vehicle is thai and not chinese.

Singapore For China

As a Singaporean, NO JUST NO. This is an insult to us Singaporeans, a multi-cultural country. I’d rather you put us in the UK tech tree than the Chinese one, at least we have historical ties with the UK. China could get the M1A2T from Taiwan. You also have Pakistan and North Korea to add into Chinese TT.

You can also make a Pan-Asia/ASEAN tech tree that starts with Rank V like how Israel did. You can start adding Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and South Korea in that tree.

Now that I’m calmer, time to address some of these points too.

I’ve been vocal towards a few CMs in the past, you guys acknowledge that this will be an issue, not just for Chinese vehicles but for any modern vehicles that gets added in game. At some point, not even secondary sources will cut it when it comes to modelling modern vehicles, you just have to take brochures at face value even if it might not be accurate. Those performance metrics can be changed when more sources appear in the future.

No no, how about you guys model the vehicles as they were advertised and not pretend to omit certain things out, like how the theoretical gun elevation speed for Abrams and Type 10 should be higher because the mechanism is capable for it even if the fire control system has a different value? Or maybe don’t use classified documents when you guys openly claim that you don’t use them while doing so behind the player’s back? (iykyk)

The realism aspect of this game is long gone when the devs chose to be selective about what is realistic and what isn’t, so let’s not pretend here shall we?

So the adverts that youtubers say about it being the most realistic Military sim are fake??
who could have guessed

okey so ukrainian subtree to russian tt when?

Changes almost nothing but sure. Semantics being the thing of mainland nation vs island nation that receives massive amount of military support and equipment from a nation at odds with said mainland. Not to mention mainland nation provides zero military hardware to said island. You could easily just move ROC vehicles to the nations who provided them which makes more sense really. Either as premiums or event vehicles if anything.

It’s politics as much as Gaijin claims to be “apolitical”, don’t forget that when the Chinese tech tree was announced, the initial blog has both PRC and ROC flags, before they started a whole argument about it and Gaijin was forced to remove the flags entirely.

Air Tree reveal, before:

Air tree reveal, after:

Ground tree reveal, before:

Ground tree reveal, after:

Til this day, it is the only tech tree added to the game with the flags censored entirely.

About as “apolitical” as I am the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

But this absolutely counters the statement made in this original post of “we don’t bend the knee to any group”. Gaijin will absolutelt bow to Chinese pressure because they dont want to lose that market.

Its quite literally no different than the incident where Activision-Blizzard went on a firing spree over anyone remotely tied to the whole Hong Kong protests.

And you decided not to introduce VT-4 for Japan’s TT?
