No you cant because turkey isnt official subtree in game, but thailand is. And thailand does not share the special status of australia and canada. Ergo thai vehicles cant go to multiple trees.
Frankly more I read the responses of the chinese community, more I hope gaijin just adds thai VT-4 to Japan.

True, but its battle rating is held down because many players struggle with air combat mechanics, leading to poor overall statistics that prevent a BR increase

Why not let thai subtree be complete, including THAI VT-4, and call for fix of chinese vehicles? That would have 100% of my support.
Its not vehicle not being meta issue. Thailand was added as subtree, theres no reason to deny one of their current vehicles for whatever reason.

Whether Japan players like or not you still got to add it to Japan, it is the respect to Thailand. The whole issue is not about Japan or China but just Thailand, they’re the user of those tank and now thailand being added to Japan. You can’t just assume Japan main will not like it then just giving it to other TT, seperate it from the Thailand subtree
