Hey, was wondering if anyone had some sources/information about the SLPPRJ 01, the 2nd APFSDS used for the CV9040C
Anything i find is rather vague, pretty much only mentions of it having 25% increased pen over the 1st one and being from 2001
But i’m trying to find out more general info if possible, the dimensions, the materials, anything that gets down to specifics when it comes to the penetrations and such

(Note: The development-date is misleading/inaccurate, slpprj m/90 was already in development, be it in prototype-stage, by 1978/79 together with 57/70 APFSDS. Best bet is that the 1988 figure refers to what became the serviced APFSDS-T MK. 1 - Although the picture shows APFSDS MK. 2)

This should be sufficient for a bug report or suggestion, either way works i gues.
Sadly it seems as if they ignore the entire frustum on most rods.
Atleast my estimations of the respective frustums seem to match the respective “missing” lenghts, despite the frustum being part of the considered length according to Lans Odermatt formula.
Edit: Also worth noting that they pretty much never (except for modern armour sometimes) accept any estimations.
