The tanks that went to 12.3 should mostly stay at 12.0. Many of the tanks going 12.7 aren’t at all equivalent to the best tanks at 12.7 and should go at 12.3.
The helicopter BR changes is completely nonsensical. Why do things like the German and French tiger go to 13.0 along with Mi28MN and AH64E ? They have much worse missiles, with a lower count, and lack DIRCCM

There are some things that don’t make any sense (many 12.7s sharing BR despite not being equal still), but this is a step into the right direction to be sure.
VT4 12.3？ Is it a BR with 99A? Oh my god, their protection gap is so big that they can even have a BR
Is VT5 only 0.3BR lower than CV90120?CV90120 has a penetration depth of 600, while VT5 has less than 500 (491). If VT5 is to travel to 11.7, it should be based on its new APFSDS ammunition

First of all, 11.7 was a “sweet” place to be, not fear encountering CAS planes like Rafale, EF, SU, Etc, and now you destroy that br bracket completely.
Eurocopter, is worst of 12.3, no gun, atas and pars. And you still think it is same material as other f&f helos. Good job… NOT
Now, just move those “top” jets on ground in 13.3 or 13.7 and fix your mistake before you even make it

Vt4a1 cannot be higher than 99a. It is not better than 99a at any point. It should be the same as 99a
