I am also having this issue (AMD RX680m chip)
I reinstalled my driver also (using DDU) and reinstalled the game. Still having a issue.
It is definitely War thunder not (again) supporting non-nvida cards properly.

There is a workaround:
Downgrade to 23.12.1 and then install 24.1.1 dirty on top (so without factory reset install/ddu). That should work.
But that doesn’t absolve Gaijin of its responsibility to fix the bug

they knew about that bug for at least 15 days. I even reached out to @Stona_WT
But did the devs anything? OF COURSE NOT -.-
they waited till the driver was released.

Same - using a RX 6800 XT on the new driver. Trying the workaround from @Singler

Same issue here, when i tried before downgrading it changed all my settings to low. Once i downgraded it is now back to normal and on top of that, the settings switched back. Hopefully they fix asap, especially if they really knew about it before hand -_-

Same here. I have a AMD 7900xtx sapphire 24 GB. As soon as I updated my driver in AMD I got the error. GAIJIN PLS FIX THIS. This should not STILL be happening after all these years.

This works but it makes things like the AMD overlay/AFMF features not work correctly
I had to do a fresh install for those things to work correctly
