The one modeled in game is a Soviet Radar, not a panel array radar used by the J11B. The J11B modeled in game would use the Panel Array as it is described as the Type 1493. Obviously I don’t have the specifics and can’t 100% PROVE this is the exact Type 1493 model, but just take inference clues and connect the dots.
The Type 1493 radar is from the same radar family as the J10’s radar, which is featured in game. Having 1 DL target, with such a bad scan rate, makes this plane nearly unplayable. It would sit at a HIGHER BR then the J10A, with worse BVR capability.
please… im begging… just look at the picture and make the decision to choose balance instead of waiting for 10 years until China makes the specifics of this radar public or the J11B is removed from service.
