In the store, when purchasing, a different currency is indicated, and technical support has been silent for the second week. What should I do?

Good afternoon! The currency in my store has changed and when I make a purchase the currency displayed is not the one I need, so I can’t buy anything. I’ve already missed all the summer discounts. I wrote to technical support, and no one has answered there for two weeks now. I am forced to write here because I have nowhere else to turn. Is there any hope that I will someday get help in solving this problem or is this game not interested in anyone buying anything?
