Improvements to DIRCM

if the IRIS-T User dont shoot over 2 missiles at once, the helicopter dont have that much time to re-arm

And it only took a year. Amazing job!

So just making the Russians helis even more unkillble?

It make its easier to be killed

less*

all DIRLCM helis will need to stay at low altitude now, so they can hide quicker than a missile can lock onto them, which is how they should be, not flying over the battlefield without a worry

i remember seen some people with comanche at 2km enemy spawn thinking they’re 100% stealth

The Contrary, they are gonna be easier to shoot down since the target can be overwhelmed instead of it having a magical ball of immunity

may the mechanism extend and implement to ztz99 families?

it doesnt have DIRLCM though, although it does incorporate stealth characteristics, only people uneducated on its reality would think stealth works at 2km

That won’t save them. Even setting aside the dubious effectiveness of this gameplay (at best, only the LMUR will be useful, as the Spikes are garbage), on most maps you’ll die as soon as the enemy spawn another 13.0 heli.

Doesn’t help vs loft and almost all iir missiles have loft.

Oh

Basically fire 2-3 Missiles and the Heli Should be downed and with the Iris having 16 Missiles you can easily kill like 5 helis with DIRCM if you fire 3 Missiles And if you have the box too then well its double the amount

Still no ldirccm for iir missile that have them?

Love to see some mechanic devblog, please keep these coming.

Pretty sure the report for it was denied.

[DEV] J-10C’s YINGS-III should have IRCM/DIRCM // Gaijin.net // Issues

quite silly cuz they literally state the opposite of the denial reason in this post

How did they do that?

i.e. MAWS is needed, and we know J-10C has MAWS…

nothing burger the sources used are too vague.

What i am more scared of is them Gimping the Z-10ME´s LDIRCM cause the ingame model is wrong.
