Immodest Proposal: 8_2_2

The 8_2_2 bracket is one of the least popular for the Red side.

To remedy this I propose adding several vehicles from earlier brackets, correcting some missing vehicles, as well as adding several that are pointless to bring in 9_2 as they are entirely outclassed by the vehicles available and so have no place in a lineup.

To start:

T-55A
It is already available in the bracket with the premium TO-55. Therefore the T-55A should be included as well. It provides the Soviet tree with a stabilized medium tank to match the multitude of stabilized NATO tanks already available in this bracket. It also improves the reaction time against the rocket-revolver tanks that suffer no penalty from missing a stabilizer. The T-55A has no place in a 9_2 lineup as it has no LRF and is entirely inferior to the T-55AMD, T-62M-1, T-64A, and OBJ.435

T-62
Same as above, minus the premium analog

Type-69
It’s the Chinese T-55A

MiG-9(late)
The Chinese MiG-9(late) is already available in the bracket, the USSR should be as well.

H-5
The Arados and R2Y2s are analogs and are available for the NATO side, this should be available to Red.

IL-28
Soviet H-5

BMP-1
The Finnish BMP-1 is available, and ATGMs are currently exclusive to NATO in the bracket for some reason.

ZBD86
Chinese BMP-1

OBJ 906
USSR currently lacks a light tank in the bracket, is comparable to NATO light tanks.

ZTS63
China can also use an additional light tank.

Just the ones of the top of my head to start out with. Would be happy to hear more.

I totally agree with this.
Here is a post on the same topic if you want to check for ideas on how to make this lineup better:

Multitide of NATO stabilised MBTs…
Where?
There are like three, one of them
Premium.
So if China and Russia should have stabilized MBT, why the US, Germany, Frame, Italy or Sweden should not?

Russia already has Mig-9 L

They certainly do need a light tank but the obj isnt comparable to any nato tank really
