depends, how that is covered i would say, if everything /most of the stuff gets produced in italy i would say the percentage naturaly increases.

Ariete is not as bad mbt irl as it is in game and it’s issues were due to the budget cuts, not to the Italian industry. Also with the C2 and C3 the Ariete is getting a lot of good upgrades and Italy is also going to develop a new version of the Ariete named CX, wich will have a lot of new stuff (at least that was wat RID magazine said about the CX).

As long as they are kept away from the armor, we should be in the clear.
Leonardo and Iveco have the knowledge to supply most of the parts.
I think they should outsource armor, transmission and APS.
Engine if they don’t want to have Iveco on board, that would be strange considering the industry tho.
