I’m thinking about transferring to Ground RB after around 8 months of AB, where should I start?
Do you mean in terms of nation/BR or skills you need to work on?
For skills the most important one will be awareness, the name tags no longer display so you need to learn to look for the actual vehicle and players in RB will be using that to flank and ambush. you need to keep an eye out for things like the wrong colour bushes in the tree line, if you see palm leaves in a European map that will be a player.
Listening for engine noise is far more important too. Not just for tanks but planes too as they will be in the air within minutes of the game starting at lower BRs, try to use the lack of markers to avoid them by sticking to shadows so your vehicle doesn’t stand out as much, using appropriate camos helps a little bit too, the default green on a desert or snow map shows up as a black dot from miles away in the air.
And if you see something covered in bushes and cant ID it, use the hit cam to see what it is.
Get a headphone if you don’t have one, and set a button for a rangefinder.
