Im chat banned, why am i getting reports for hate speech?

i have been chat banned for over 200 days now around 244 days and I’ve been reported for hate speech. This is concerning as i have already had to make a post on the forums before a few months back for foul language when i had already been banned for over 100 days at the time of the post. Please Gaijin i am once again asking you to remove this “hate speech” complain from my account as it isn’t possible for me to have earned that complaint. My username in-game is overidekiller

please do not reply to this message saying something along the lines of ’ we can not make changes to your account, please email another department of the company’

You must have said something because Chat Bans are not automated.

If you got an Automated msg when you logged stating you have been reported 10 or more times (within a certain time frame), then that’s all it is, an automated msg.
It is not all that uncommon for players to “report bomb” someone as MANY do not understand how the complaint system works . … like at all. It is a very common misconception that they think the more reports lodged against a player, the sooner/faster or worse punishment they will catch. This is completely false and not how it works at all. GM’s review reports individually and act on them accordingly, if Rules were broken, then sanctions may occur. If no Rules were broken, which would be the case every single time with a false report, then no actions are taken. Making false reports can actually draw sanctions on those doing it.
Again, that msg is automated, sent out by a program within the game, not by the Game Masters themselves. They are kept quite busy reviewing reports.
You will not get msgs from GM’s about being “reported”, only when a punishment has been issued . . . which it sounds like you have experienced.
So, if you got an automated msg like that, someone made false reports against you . . . i.e. you were prolly “report bombed”. You do not need to worry about being reported, as long as you do not break any game rules, yeah?
If you do not have the ability to post in the game’s chats, how can you be guilty of “hate speech”?
