I like long range bvr.
Britain might be a good option
Eurofighter would get meteor which should be excellent in BVR
Thanks to India, Britain would also have rafale, Su-30MKI, M2k, Mig29, hal tejas and lot more which would give you diversity and enough options to play (Britain could also get SU-57 if India does decide to buy it)
Australia would give you F-18F and EA-18G
US could also be a good option
